update on my treatment.

We all Know that coffee and some sodas are diuretics...I never had kp until my late twenties... I feel that kp is very key in this.. That is why during the dry winter months it can get alot worse.. WATER... We have to drink more water....So Good LUCK.. I hope to control this and never see this again ...
