What creams/lotions make kp worse???

I'm new to this website and was wondering if there were any lotions that can actually make kp worse? I mean by perhaps clogging the pores further. I have kp on my buttocks and its very embarrassing. I put Bath and Body Works Body Butter(which is very greasy and contains mineral oil) because its very thick and moisturizing for extremely dry skin. I'm wondering if I'm making it worse by using something so thick and greasy. Any comments or suggestions would be helpful.
