After trying everything in the book from mixtures containing acid to pumice stones to tablets that were designed for acne, I started washing my arms with Clean and Clear Body Wash (just with a face washer, no harsh scrubbing) and then spraying the affected areas with Clinique Anti-Blemish Body Treatment Solution. Both are really gentle, there are absolutely no side effects - except that my KP is starting to clear after only a few weeks. I have some patches that have cleared completely.
