I recently started using “Phisoderm Clear Confidence Acne Skin Care” body wash. I have noticed that now my whole arm is covered with small bumps that I didn’t have before. Here is the ingredients:

Maybe it's just from too much scrubbing. I don't think the Phisoderm would cause a reaction, but you could use it on a small area where you haven't scrubbed a lot to test for sensitivity. Good luck!
