i'm a little offended.....

hey everyone,
well, let me start off by saying that i'm a 17 year old junior in high school and i have been coming to this webpage and message board since i found it in june. i am so thankful for this board because it has given me hope to finding a way to deal with KP. seriously, this board has helped me in so many ways. but, i have noticed that lately people tend to criticize and argue more than they try to help. i know that people are only meaning good when they say that they would appreciate an 'adult' board because of this arguing. but, i am offended by the remarks about how this board has become a high school and younger board. i think of myself as a very mature person and i don't see myself acting like some of the immature people on this board. so, of course, i don't like to be compared to them either. why don't we just pick up from where we left off and forget about all the immature comments? i really do depend on this board a lot, but if things stay the way they are right now, i think i'm going to try and find a new KP board. so, please, can we just use this message board to help and support people who are dealing with the same difficult issues as everyone else? thanks so much for reading. i appreciate it..

It was just a term I made only because I came to the message board that day and I have all these awful curse words looking at me and it just reminded me of the arguing that went on in high school and all the pettiness that went w/ it. I did not mean we should have an adult board. I just think we should be nice to each other. All of the fighting and the language is just wrong and rude. To be honest I don't want to see that, I don't use that kind of language and I do not want to come to this board and have to look at it. Again sorry! Kim
