Hello this post is to Jeff or anybody that knows anything about flax seed oil & Kp. I have been trying goats milk a body moisturizer for my skin. And i hate to regret although milk on the skin is excellent for dry skin, it didn't help my KP at all. So I am really looking into this flax seed oil may I ask could you also take the flax seed oil in capsules to treat Kp. Because I noticed at the grocery store that flax seed oil liquid form is very fattening. I know you need those essential fatty acids. But I am currently on a very salt, and fat free diet. So I was just curious If they flax sed oil capsules could be jsut as effective since there less fattening it would also be great. Please respond and god bless you all |

unfortunately you would have to take to many flax pills. 12 pills equals 1 tblspoon. so as you move up you will have to take an enormous amount of pills. i eat a high protein high fat diet and at 6 feet tall i way 150 lbs. i eat the atkins way so fat is no problem. fat does not make you fat. high carbs which turn to sugar make you fat and sick. fat is neutral and gets burned for energy. fish oil pills might be an alternative but i will have to let you know how many but they are also fatty. if oil works then being on a low fat diet makes no sense since the flax oil is saying your body is starving for the right fats and oils. i will keep you posted. soon |
