I didn't treat the area differently or apply any miracle cream. It just went away. I still have KP on my arms which fluctuates in severity depending on how much sun I get, regular use of glycolic acid lotion, and probably many other variables that I am not aware of. I see a lot of people who have the reddness in their cheeks...and I can say that I haven't found anyone to be unattractive based on the redness. Hey..i have redness on my cheeks 2. Very mild...and yes it does suck!! Try exfoliating..it almost rubs off the top layer of your skin and makes any bumpyness go away. Also use a mild moisteriser to get rid of redness.
