I do drink it quite a bit but I will try upping it & see if helps. Hopeful, I am only taking 2,000 mg a day & have been for the last few weeks or so, give or take skipping a few days here & there. Do you know how long detox lasts? After Christmas I'm going to call the vitamin store & inquire about this. Someone there should have some answers I would think. Happy Holidays to everybody!!
