Ok well i was only diagnosed about a month ago so i'm still experimenting myself but i am seeing some results. It took me over two years and about eight different doctors to get this diagnosed. when i did i was told to use acqueous cream which is a moisturising cream only available over the counter in pharmacies it's about £2 a tub (you can deffinately get it in boots) i use that after i've had a bath. When i have a bath i don't use any bubble bath cos this can dry your skin i scrub my skin with a stiff body brush i found in superdrug (the 1st few times are quite painfull but it does get better i promise) when brushing i use sulfur soap which is only available to us over the internet (you'll probably have to get your parents to buy it for you as you can only pay for it by credit card it converts to about £9 for 4 bars)I also take 1-2 MSM tablets a day, you can get those from holland and Barrett, but cos of your age check first. My KP has NOT gone but it does look alot better. I have even been going bare legged sometimes!! I hope this helps. Keep smiling xx
