Ok I started my Opti-MSM on Thursday. I mixed it in w/ some juice I had in the morningand it was fine until I got to the last gulp of juice in the glass and the taste was awful. I hate the smell of the MSM. I thought it would be more of a fine powder then a crystal like substance.I skipped yesterday because I was so turned off by that taste. Today I started again and this time I put it into my 9 oz. of water and shook it well till the water was clear and that taste is there still. Can anyone give me any ideas on how they take this powder?Thanks

Hi Kim. I use the powder from capsules that I have. When I open up the pills, some of the powder is clumped together, maybe like the way your powder is. So what I do is dump it out on a plate and take the back of a spoon and grind it into a fine powder. Then I dump it into a cup and pour orange juice in. I don't ever taste the MSM because I keep a spoon with it, and constantly stir it before drinking it. Hope this advice will work for you! The first time I put MSM with a drink, I just dumped the powder in, so there were yucky tasting clumps, that wouldn't dissolve all the way.
