ok. im 15 and i have kp. its worsened over the last year and i want to treat it. the thing is i cant just go out and try anything because i have incredibly sensitive skin and i dont want to risk making the kp worse. i have it on the backs and lower front of my upper arms and on my thighs and a little on my calves. i really want to treat it but i have no idea what i could do to prevent it geting worse. please give me any tips you might have.

I can honestly say that I swear by nylon shower gloves! My skin in extremely smooth when I use my shower gloves with any kind of soap. Right now I'm using Neutrogena Body Clear Scrub which is pretty good. My only issue is the darn spots that won't go away! Hope that helps you a little bit.

Best advice i can give you is to scrub your skin with nylon scrubbing shower gloves to keep your skin as smooth as possible. I have never tried Alpha-Hydroxy cremes but i am told it's one of the best exfoliant acids there is, thought it is costly. Best advice i can give you, is to get used to your KP, because it's not going away for a long time, if ever. Keep watching this board though, as i do, constant idea's are flowing in here and maybe someone will find the magic solution we are all waiting for. Chin up, and don't give up, and don't feel too bad, you and about 3 billion other human beings have KP to some extent, your not alone.
