Documenting Improvement
Hey board, just wondering if any of you take photos of your KP from time to time to document improvement. Sometimes, you really can't tell whether something works or not if the change is gradual, and for our condition, a significant change in say, 2 weeks, is NOT the norm. It may take many, many months. Some regimens I have read say to keep it up for 6 months-12 months before improvement should be expected. |
