I was told to use Cetaphil and Dermaloe Lotion. I found a local soap shop that manufactures products with nettle and other ingredients that help with excema and such, that has taken most of the overall redness away, but I am still left with red dots on my checks. In regard to Deraloe Lotion: I can't find it. I have been to many drug stores and they haven't found it. Could it be a typo? Perhaps Dermal Therapy? Sorry for my long winded message, but I can't seem to find help.

hi there, i've never seen the lotion you're referring to but i'm pretty sure it's not Dermal Therapy. i've been using DT for quite few months now. it has 25% urea so it is great for keeping your skin smooth, but it does nothing for the redness:-)
