MSM Lotion recipe I use

I've had a few requests for this so here it is. The recipe is very easy to follow. It takes a few hours for the MSM crystals to completely dissolve, but they will in time. I add mine to Skin So Soft by Avon (the Soft and Sensual smells great for women--Light and Lush or Original for you fellas), because it also contains Urea, an ingredient some doctors have said can help with KP. I also used the same measurements to make melt and pour soap. I bought glycerin soap (moisturizing and olive oil)and followed the directions on the package, adding the MSM in the same proportion as the lotion recipe. It didn't disolve very well, so it isn't the greatest soap, but the glycerin feels nice regardless if the MSM is effective in it! Okay, finally, the recipe is at www.a1msm.co.uk/003/045_lotion_recipe_msm.htm There is also some links to good info on MSM in general. Happy reading and concocting! |
