I have had kp since I was a little girl and mine has definitely gotten worse instead of better. I am now 28 and am tired of not wearing clothes that look good on me...just because they would reveal the kp lurking about my arms. but anyways....I have been taking msm for only 3 days so far and have noticed a lot of change in my skin(some good and some weird) and my energy levels(way up)....and a bit more of the crazy thoughts(they've always been there...now they are just a bit more vivid and possibly entertainable.... )

so today I went down to a healthfood store in town and they had some really knowledgable staff. Of course I want my kp better, but the all of the other health information there at my fingertips!....I was absolutely fascinated. and I felt empowered! I left with my OptiMSM lotion w/soft almond scent and a smile on my face. It was the best shopping experience I've had in awhile. even that one at fredericks the other day----and it was pretty good too!

I'll post my results as I get them...or don't get them!
