scrubbing with STiff brush

Do you mean the KP is irritated on your legs? Are they new bumps or old ones coming to a head? My legs did not look good during the first two wks of using the brush and a few times I could not even scrub due to irritation, but it goes away by the next day. If you are consistant w/ the Soap (daily use) you should see really good resuts. |

I use a nail brush, medium in size. It has a handle for my hand to fit through. I only have used the brush on the backs of my arms and my legs. Hope this helps you. |

actually my kp on my arms and legs weren't really irritated by the scrubbing....because yes it hurts when i scrub with the stiff brush but it hurts everywhere else too...it's just i notice the bumps are more harsher and more numerous after i scrubbed...it's not itchy or anythign like that..and i dont know if they are new or old...i'm guessing they're old but the scrubbing helped the kp come to the surface??..if that makes sense to u....so maybe when ur kp gets worst from using other products....using the sulfur may help.... |

My legs looked bad at first but it got better. It took a littl while to get used to the brush but it worked for me. What it did do at times was break open a KP bump and it would bleed and scab up. So when this happened I avoided srubing that area so I did not irritate it further. Use your better judgement about it and do what feels right for you. Maybe try a buff puff and move up to the brush or maybe try and find a softer brush. |
