There's something you all should know. Any treatment takes time to show results. All of u expect ur kp to go in a month... which is understandable... but honestly, it takes time.. and a slow and gradual process guarantees long term and better results. I've had kp for years. Three and a half months ago i started a treatment which uses glycolic acid cream base- 12%. My kp is almost gone...no redness and no bumps at all.. it took 3 months for me to notice the incredible change. I only have a few marks left now. I'm trying to tell u guys that.. probably ur msn or whatever else it is that ur using is not showing u results cos ur not giving it time. Stop being so impatient. Wait...and.. trust me, u'll see a change. If ur doing any treatment, Atleast wait until 3 months before u start expecting ur kp to completely vanish. It's my personal experience... that it takes time... but it's eventually worth the wait. All the best....

My KP was on my arms. It was severe.. and yes, i had dry skin too. It persisted for 3 years.
I used a cream called Glyco-A (which i think is a topical preparation) which has glocolic acid in 12% composition.( It does the same thing a chemical peel does) Anyways, my doc recommended it... and it worked wonders.
The important thing is, i didn't expect to see results in a month or even two.... everyone should know that these things involve a process that takes time. And once it goes.. it either never comes back or jus occurs mildly, so i guess it's really worth waiting 3 months to see any kind of change.
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT UR USING(WHETHER MSN OR GLYCOLIC ACID)....JUS GIVE IT "TIME"......TO WORK OUT ITS NECESSARY COURSE.

well, I can confirm that the more KP you have the more difficult it is to treat. And I agree with you totally about giving time to get whatever treatment you use to start working. I've been taking cod liver oil and evening primrose oil for 2 months, as well as other things, and I've noticed a slight improvement, but only recently.
