OK, I have a question. Has anyone had trouble sleeping since taking the MSM?? Like I posted earlier my bumps are gone from the soap and the dots have faded w/ the Oxy but what would be really nice is if I could give up the daily scrubbing and just take a few pills each day,( like I have been doing for the past week and a half) that would be really nice. I hope this will do the trick. I just purchased the Powder online tonight, I want to have the right MSM and I had gotten the pills from Wal-mart about 6 mos. ago. It's so good for us in so many ways, if it does not keep the kp away then no big deal. I still will continue to scrub, I think I'm addicted to it. LOL It seems that I can't get to sleep at night befor 3am and I need to sleep w/ my near 2 yr. old running around like a crazy child and my work. So please reply if this sounds like you.

My results haven't been that great either, I have the Opti pills. The 2nd day I did see a slight improvement but nothing since then. Once I finish with the pills I'm going to order the powder to see if it's any better. Damn, I was really hoping this would work :-(

I've been taking the MSM pills for one week now. I actually think the sulfur/SA soap works better. I'm going to continue with both and see if anything happens. When the pills run out I'll order the Opti powder, that seems to work better.

I've been having weird dreams too, lisa. Ever since I started taking MSM, which was Friday. That is strange, that it might be related to taking MSM. Also, one of my eyes has be twitching once in a while everyday since taking it. Anyone having this happen? I have been taking the Lingisil pills, but i think i'm going to start opening them up and adding the powder in them to juice, so my body can use the sulfur faster. The shell that the powder is in seems like it would take a long time to dissolve in your stomach.
