MSM and sleep

OK, I have a question. Has anyone had trouble sleeping since taking the MSM?? Like I posted earlier my bumps are gone from the soap and the dots have faded w/ the Oxy but what would be really nice is if I could give up the daily scrubbing and just take a few pills each day,( like I have been doing for the past week and a half) that would be really nice. I hope this will do the trick. I just purchased the Powder online tonight, I want to have the right MSM and I had gotten the pills from Wal-mart about 6 mos. ago. It's so good for us in so many ways, if it does not keep the kp away then no big deal. I still will continue to scrub, I think I'm addicted to it. LOL It seems that I can't get to sleep at night befor 3am and I need to sleep w/ my near 2 yr. old running around like a crazy child and my work. So please reply if this sounds like you.

around 1:00 PM and don't have any trouble sleeping
, but one day I took them around 5-6 PM, it was then
I'd trouble sleeping; by the way it's been almost 2 weeks and I
don't see any difference on my skin, hair or nail...
I will give it some more time. Hopefully it will work
for all of us.

Vjcajun posted that the pill was not as good as the powder. Anyway I had gotten my pills from Wal-mart a long time ago and just started taking them again and Vjcajun posted they switched to that pill and the KP came back. Maybe the time I take the pill is why I can't sleep, I take one in the morning and one in the evening w/ food. Anyway I have ordereed the powder and will keep my results posted.

I've heard the powder tastes really bad. I asked a nutritionist about the difference between powder and pill
and he said there's no difference on how effective they are, that was the reason I got in pill, , after I finish my Opi-MSM pills, if I don't get any result I'll try the powder. Please let me know how bad is the taste of powder. Thanks

Oh if you have the Opti pills then I think they are good. I was talking of the difference between the store brand(Wal-mart) as to the brand on that site. I just got the powder because I can mix it in my OJ or whatever.

I had problems with sleep the first night I was on MSM. I was having weird dreams and kept waking up. I cut down to one pill and I was fine.
My results haven't been that great either, I have the Opti pills. The 2nd day I did see a slight improvement but nothing since then. Once I finish with the pills I'm going to order the powder to see if it's any better. Damn, I was really hoping this would work :-(

How long have you been on the MSM pills? I heard people say they have had good results in days and others it takes a few months. Maybe you just need to give it more time.

Me too. I am even having trouble waking up. I'm not real sure if it is the msm or my stress though but I have overslept 3 or 4x here in the last 2 wks. I just can't go to sleep & can't wake up. Even with the alarm.

I've been taking the MSM pills for one week now. I actually think the sulfur/SA soap works better. I'm going to continue with both and see if anything happens. When the pills run out I'll order the Opti powder, that seems to work better.

I've been having weird dreams too, lisa. Ever since I started taking MSM, which was Friday. That is strange, that it might be related to taking MSM. Also, one of my eyes has be twitching once in a while everyday since taking it. Anyone having this happen? I have been taking the Lingisil pills, but i think i'm going to start opening them up and adding the powder in them to juice, so my body can use the sulfur faster. The shell that the powder is in seems like it would take a long time to dissolve in your stomach.
