How a bout a lot of exfoliating and moisturizing and then some self tanner it usually amkes it for me, it disguises it pretty good. You might need to apply self tanner a few times and on neck and face also of course.

Have you tried Derma Blend? A regular foundation that you use on your face probably won't work. I have used Derma Blend in the past if I wanted to actually wear something without sleeves. Derma Blend is sold in most major department stores. I wish you luck!!!!
