I've been doing some research and some reading, and it seems that MSM has become pretty popular on here lately.

I just bought some today, "Jameson 1000MG MSM". I saw a few other brands, but most of them seemed to contain Glucosamine (500mg MSM / 500mg Glucosamine). Is there a difference between the two? I figured I'd just play it safe and get the pure MSM.

I think that it is mainly the MSM that can help KP sufferers, but it has been shown that glucosamine combined with MSM can provide good results for pain etc.
