other effects from MSM???

I'm also taking it with Vitamin C, I read on the internet that you should take 250 mg Vit C with 1000 mg Sulfur. Then at the health food store I was given a pamphlet saying that sulfur is most effective with up to 2000 mg Vit C a day so I don't know how much I'm going to be taking. I'm going to be doing some more research on that. Sulfur is actually taken mostly for joint and arthritic pain so it will help with those things as well. Good luck to everyone.
