We've been having some good luck here using sweet almond oil (this can be found at health food stores and vitamin shops) and I make our own soap. A lot of people here are saying they are having good results with an item called msm-sulfur supplements (vitamin shops, possibly Walmart carries this) and also sulfur soap, which can be purchased at www.sulfursoap.com or even at drug stores. Maybe you or your parents can purchase some of these and try it out. All I can say is, keep up the moisturizing and try not to pick at your spots/bumps, thats only going to make it worse. If you take baths instead of showers, don't soak in there for a long time as that can be very drying to the skin, although bath oils do help with that. Best of luck!
