Is it making it worse or does it look worse? If it is causing irritation then I would stop for a while until the inflamation went away. I guess some can do it and some can't do it. I actually don't feel clean unless I srub now( all in my head).I shave everyday and once in a while I get irritated and I can't shave for a day. Keep up w/ the soap and maybe try a Buff Puff. One of my derms is strictly against scrubbing it. He says it will make it worse. My personal experience is that it helps. You will grow accustomed to it as you use it (if you decide to continue).
