I've been using MSM to "treat" my KP (which was severe, red, bumpy, yucky!) for over a year. It's pretty much cleared up and my skin (and body) have never been better! I searched the 'net for the best information and pricing and have found that www.msm-msm.com has the best pricing. The powder is the best, but they also have capsules (as well as an MSM lotion I get the Sami's one and the White Glop which I use both too). The message board there is great for help with questions too. www.msm.com has alot of informational stuff too. I take 2 tsp in the moringing and 2 int he evening. When I started I only took it int he morning though (started with 1/8 tsp) I also give it to my 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter who both have KP (daughters is almost gone her's was moderate and sons is all gone but his ws mild). I've noticed the MSM also helpes my back and knee pains too. I also use the white glop on the back & knees and when my KP was really bad I rubbed that on it at night and used the lotion during the day.

Just wondering the dosage you give your children. My boy is 2 1/2 and about 41 lbs and has KP on his face and thighs and I noticed it now on his back...

Just wondering how soon after you started w/ the MSM that you saw results w/ your KP. And how severe was your KP? I'm so happy to hear that this has worked for you. It gives us all hope.

I starting seeing small results after 2 weeks (reduction in redness, less bumps, etc..). My kp was pretty severe on my arms & legs.
