Happy bday. If you do an archive search for sulfur soap or oxy, you should get some good info. The regimen I use (and alot of others are using) is exfoliating using a facial brush and sulfur soap morning and night, in the morning I follow with Lubriderm Advance Therapy and at night I use Oxy Vanishing Cream and then the Lubriderm. My KP is 99% gone.
