Hey guys--I just found MSM supplement at Wal-mart. They had three different brands and different doses. And to think, it was there all along....Could save some money. Oh, I also read not to take too much when you first start using MSM. It detoxes your body and apparently, the only side affects noted were from the toxins it removes, not the MSM. So go easy on it.

The best msm to take is actually powdered (start with 1/8 tsp 1xday for 1 week, increase by 1/8tsp every week to a maintence dose www.msm-msm.com has good advicce for it and no I'm no affiliated!). For tablets/capsules no more than 500mg/day to start to lessen chance of detox (I went through 2 days of flu/cold like symptoms, but DH had no detox symptoms). Every person will be different though. Actually my 4yo takes 1/4tsp (I think that's 1000mg) 1x/day and has for 6 months. Wish the internal use helped her KP, but seems only applying externally (lotion) helps her.
