diet and kp

Has anyone been on a diet where they couldn't eat anything and they were on supplements (eg. slim-fast or alike) and found that their kp improved? see, because i read somewhere that Keratosis Pilaris is a dry sandpaper-rough skin texture found commonly in allergy sufferers. A lot of people who had allergy tests done also reported that their kp was gone. So... i'm thinking that maybe keratosis pilaris is the way we were programmed to deal with certain toxins that we put into our body. (like instead of developing rash, we develop kp) hmmm.... i may be completely on the wrong track here, but that's my hypothesis. Anybody wanna test it out??

I totally agree...I did have allergies before I knew about supplements! You are WAY on track. Dairy, msg, and many other additives made me physically ill and would make my kp worse.
