Pumice and bath oil

Hi everyone! I am so grateful to have found this site! I've had KP for years and had given up on finding a treatment and was too embarassed by it to go to a dermatologist--I've got the thigh/butt variety. Anyway--I started using a pumice stone that I found at Sally's Beauty Supply for about $6. It's oval, black and about soap size. I use it after rubbing bath oil on my KP areas when I shower. It really works great--my skin has never felt softer! I use Skin So Soft from Avon, since I'm a rep, but I bet Neutrogena or even baby oil would work. If you want to try the Skin So Soft, you can get it on my website (www.youravon.com/vtuttle, Passcode=Tuttle) and I will send you a rebate check for 20% of the price of the bath oil (my profit margin for online sales--I make no money, promise!) They also have Alpha Hydroxy Body lotion and Salicylic acid products in the Clearskin line for very reasonable prices. I haven't tried those yet, but I plan to--again, I'll give you back any profit on products you buy for your KP--I'm a fellow sufferer so I know how expensive it can be to buy stuff. Is anyone else using a pumice/oil routine? Let me know if it's working as is, or if you have had to also use sufur, oxy, etc...
