Hi all, I just read a book on the topic of nutition and health it is a very interesting book. The 1 thing about Kp is. As it stands there is no miracle cream that will make our conditions vanish and if you really want your Kp to disapear. You must be prepared to change your diet and eat pure health foods. Not jsut eating healthy 1 day. Then eating a sloppy joe the next day. You msut consistently eat very healthy. relieve stress, exercise. You must be prepared to make all these sacrifices if you really want it gone. Nutrition and stress play such an enormous big role in our condition Kp, or KPRF. Please take my advice into account. I am a health nut!
I 've experimented junk food and stress absolutely ruins your skin. My kp is genetic my parents had it very bad. I however only have it on my arms. very very minor Kp. And my brothers have it all over their body because they eat junk foods and I don't.
take vitamin supplements please trust me on thsi they are not the leats bit harmful unless taken in EXTREMELY high doses.
