I am using the pernox in the shower - I apply it and work it into a lather, then take my brush (I use a facial brush not nail brush) and get it coated with sulphur soap and scrub over the pernox. Leave it on for a few and then rinse. I follow with Dove for moisture (but after a post from Molsmom I may try olive oil soap). After shower I apply Lubriderm advanced therapy. At night I use the sulphur soap only with the brush and follow with oxy and the Lubriderm. It is most definitely working for me.
