Uh Oh winter is coming up (at least in the US) and if it means for you what it means for me its worsened kp because of the cold. Im only 20 so my kp just came around 18-19. Last winter was my first that I noticed the kp and how I seemed to have more spots (especially in ski trips to the snow). Im using sulfur soap but im thinking of starting the Oxy to see if it can halp combat the spots. Its like summer is bad because of skimpy clothes but winter is bad because of the kp increase. Does anyone else have the winter woes when it comes to kp?

Use lots and lots of a good lotion. Keep up the Soap and start the Oxy. Try to put the lotion on whenever you get the chance. The Oxy will dry your skin if you don't lotion up constantly.

It's a little harder to keep the skin hydrated in the winter, so use more moisturizer more often. My KP actually looks better in the winter because the long sleeves keep me from picking!
