My questions are as follows:

1) What body wash/soap should I use in the shower? Please include brand name.

2) What moisturizing lotion should I try for after my shower?

3) Anything I should or shouldn't use for laundry soap?

4) Will this come and go? Many articles referred to EPISODES.

5) Will this spread on my arms or onto other areas of my body?

6) Could this be related to pregnancy and or breastfeeding? I have done both in the last 12 months.

Please help me if you can. I don't want to try any really drastic products yet. What are the basic beginning changes I should make in regards to products?
