Yes, because it's made of sulphur. I use Dove Nutrium afterwards, then Lotion, and then Victoria's Secret Body Spray. There isn't a smell lingering on my skin after that at all. It doesn't stick with you. I'm sure it probably would if someone didn't use another soap, lotion, etc... afterwards. (my 2 cents)     |
