I have ben eating less and drinking more herbal tea, but have not cut out dairy or sweets or fried foods. Anyone else catch a cold that is going around and get better skin out of it? Trippy!!!

It's probably the Z-pack. This KP must be a bacteria in our body that comes through our skin, if so you are probably experiencing the effect of the antibiotics and their effect (killing of the bacteria). I could be way off base but I would think the Z-pack probably would help more than a cough or Nyquil?

Back in May I was really sick w/ a bad bacterial throat infection. My Doctor gave me the Z Pak and the infection went away for five days and came back, so he gave me a nother Z Pac and it did nothing, turns out my tonsils had to come out, the worst thing I have ever gone through. But I had 2 Z Paks and they did not do a thing for my KP. Oh well, different people respond differently to different things I guess.
