Does anyone happen to have a tattoo on an area affected by KP? I was planning on getting a tattoo on my upper arm which happens to be affected by KP. I was wondering if the bumps would destroy the tatoo or if the area would even hold the ink because of the KP. If I had a red and black tattoo covering my upper arm it would be better to look at then little red bumps.

No, it does not destoy the tat. You can feel the KP but not see it that much. And he had his(my husband) while his was active. At first it seemed like it was going away but it came back when all healed.
