I will join your group. I too pick - well actually I just pop the kp bumps and then I leave them alone - but it still leaves an ugly red scab. I have posted about this before. It's a nasty habit and it's soooo hard to stop. For a few days or even a week I can. But then I get bored or stressed and there are a lot of bumps on my arms and I pop one - and it's all over!! Yuck! I would be happy to do a weekly check in.
