clearasil or oxy 10

I also use San Tropez self tanning spray to cover arms, it's really easy to apply and very natural looking.

I like the Oxy because it comes in a little bottle, don't know if one is better then the other?? How long have you been using the Clearsil? I have been using a month tomorrow and in the last week or so I see real improvment. Big clear patches w/ normal skin too.

on the label, it said not to use oxy for more than 4 weeks. are you not worried about some possible side effects from excessive use of benzol peroxide?

I did not see that on the bottle and I have been using it every other night for the last few days. Are you sure we are speaking of the same product because I use it on my face all the time and my doctor said that was fine , I even used it during my pregnancy at the Doctors OK.

Kim I really want to start this regimen. Forgive me if someone has already asked this, but how long after shaving your legs do you wait to apply the Oxy? Also do you let the Lubriderm absorb first or do you mix them together before bedtime?
I havent had time to read all the posts or post myself lately I have a new baby keeping me busy! The down side is after pregnancy my KP is worse than ever. I too am convinced postpartum is making KP spread....thanks a bunch for this regimen. I really appreciate all your posts! Nicky

Hi Nicky! I wash in the shower w/ Sulfur Soap and I use a stiff brush on the backs of my arms and my legs, my Doc. said this would work better to open and flatten bumps. My bumps were gone within 2 wks of using the S. Soap and stiff brush. My Doc. could not believe how smooth my legs were. I shave everyday w/ the Sulfer Soap as well. When I get out of the shower I put on the Lubriderm Advanced Thereapy Lotion then before I get into bed(about 3-4 hrs. after the shower)I apply the Oxy 10 Vanishing Cream. Some people have gotten this confused, it's not a wash. Then I follow that w/ more Lubriderm. When I wake in the morning I put more Lubriderm on. I think it's important to let the Oxy sit and set into the skin. I take my shower at night so you can work this in when you take your showers. This took about 3wks. to a month to work so give it time. The Oxy has lightened my red dots so much and I am hoping it lightens a little bit more. My legs have not looked this good since before I had my daughter. They were pretty bad, I would not even wear shorts in the house for my husband to see my legs. Now I do let him see my legs and he even said how nice they looked, not that he said they ever looked bad. I hope this works for you.
