I worked on the bumps fisrt but I guess the Oxy would not hurt to use now if you do have bumps. I scrub w/ a stiff brush w/ the S. soap and yes it did hurt a little at first. My doc. said it would be more effective. I do this on my legs and backs of my arms only. Don't think I could stand it on softer skin like torso etc. Then after my shower I put on Lubriderm Advanced Therapy Lotion(I take my showers at night). Before I get in to bed I put the Oxy 10 Cream on my KP areas and follow that again w/ Lubriderm. In the morning when I wake I put more Lubriderm on. I think it is important to leave the Oxy on for as long as possible. I have been doing this for 1 month so give it time. I now been doing the Oxy every other night now. Good luck! I've had KP on my upper arms since I was a kid. I am 36, and I just had a baby in January. During the last two weeks of my pregnancy, I got PUPPS (A terrible, rare rash that some women get), and it cleared up after the baby was born, but the KP is now on my forearms too, and it's not going away...the upper arm area got even worse!
I was wondering, where do you buy sulfur soap? I have been reading this site, hoping to get some suggestions as to what to use on it. I"ll buy some Oxy 10 today, as well. Thank you for posting your routine. I'm so tired of wearing long sleeve shirts!!

You can get it online at SulfurSoap.com or I think you can get it at CVS. The Sulfur Soap online has it w/ 3% Salicylic Acid and w/out. They both seem to work good. I would do the S.A. Sufur Soap. Make sure to use a lotion, I use Lubriderm Advanced Therapy, so you don't dry your skin out.

Thanks so much for the reply, Kim! I will try your regime. I have bumps, yes bacause I haven't started any particular program just yet. I will be starting tonight! I just can't believe how many "potions" and what not there are to try. LOL I just wanna pick the right one that works for me straight off the bat. I know that's impossible, so I'll just have to try them one by one til I get the one that works for me. ESP sure would come in handy right now! hehe
