KP is showing up on my 7 yr. old's little face....Help !!!!

But he has very fair skin (green eyed, red curly hair irish if I ever saw, but no irish genes to speak of in our families! LOL). The patch runs along his cheek bone, exactly where you would apply blush. Thankfully, it is beginning to go away... Much less redness, but still a bit bumpy. They say it usually goes away in the face first.

My son's KP is little white bumps (sometimes pinkish, not really too red) just under his left eye. Sometimes it actually becomes like a real zit. I pop it when one of the bumps does that! LOL I hope it's true that it goes away on the face first. Right now it's not so bad, but I'd love to help it just go away!
