I know what you all are feeling and it sucks but we got to do the best out of this.

This is something I started doing last summer and it has worked for me, hopefully it workd for you too.
1. I the shower I scrub with a buff puff and apply Cetaphil soap. I usually so it one - three times a shower.
2. Then I apply the lotion Nutraderm (pink bottle) a few times a day (two or three)

If I do this everyday my skin is much softer and less red.
