Nailbrush... Are you F'ing Kidding Me?
Hey all, Yesterday, I got a nailbrush from Dermadoctor (BTW this thing was so tiny! So I ordered a body sisal brush from another place). I have been using sulfur soap with loofa gloves, keralyt and carmol 20 for about a week (don't really notice a difference yet). I started scrubbing my chest and arms with this nailbrush and it hurt like crazy. You guys seriously use this? How long do you scrub? Do you scrub in and out the shower? Does no pain no gain apply here? The loofa gloves actually feel good; this nailbrush is a killer. What was a nailbrush designed to do anyhow? |

It's supposed to get rid of cuticles, which I don't think is the best thing to do, but who am I to know...... I used a foot brush thing because I didn't have a loofah, it kinda hurt but prob not as much as that. |

I tried the nail brush on my arms and it opened up some of the bumps causing bleeding, followed by scabs, and eventually scars. Walmart carries exfoliating skin brushes that are much softer. My theory is - if it hurts or it bleeds, I stop doing it. Call me crazy! |
