Help with keratosis pilaris kit!

I need to know what happened. I bought the keratosis pilaris kit from Glytone on dermstore.com. I used it for about five days on my upper arms and did notice some improvement but then my skin started to peel horribly. It looks really bad and it itches. I haven't used it in a few days, but my skin still looks bad. Has anybody else had this problem? Do you know what I can do to fix it? I don't know if I'm allergic to something in that. I was using it twice a day so maybe I was using it too much, but it did say to use as often as desired. Someone help!

I believe alot of people tried Glycolic products just anything Glyco.. and they said it didnt work!!! and that was one of the very first products people have used!!! and now there's more treatment that you can try ... like right now Im using...Pernox,lubriderm(advance therapy) and Clearasil 10% benzoyl peroxide ;-) and its working great for me.. the bumps are gone and im just working on the rednesss which i hope Clearasil would help !!!

I can relate to your experience because my arms started to peel badly also. I was using it twice a day as well. I decided not to use the lotion anymore because I think that's the cause of the peeling, but I use to body wash once a day and my skin is improving somewhat. I think it was a waste of money, and my sulfur soap is on the way in the mail. If you want my adive, start trying some more treatments because this one isn't working for me.

This works wonderfully for me--I use nothing else, not even regular lotion on that area. I do notice, though, that if I don't use it regularly morning and night, I may get a small bump.
