I rub the Pernox on the affected areas, let it sit there for about a minute, then rinse off. Then I apply the sulfur soap with 3% Salicylic acid (you can buy it @ www.sulfursoap.com) with a Buff-Puff - exfoliate by rubbing it in a circular motion for 30 seconds or longer. Then I use a creamy body wash for the rest of my body. The Pernox and the Sulfur soap don't have the greatest smell and so the body wash helps. After getting out of the shower, I apply Lubriderm Advanced Therapy lotion right away. Some people mix Clearasil or Oxy10 with the lotion for the red spots but I haven't tried it yet. I do all of this twice a day and it has made a world of difference! Most of my bumps are gone and my arms are so smooth. It takes patience to go through this regimen twice a day but it's definitely worth it. Thanks to KP Sucks for the suggestion and best of luck to all.
