I had followed that up with:

1). Carmol 20 $ Keralyt Gel mix after shower
2). Am Lactin lotion

It didn't go away all together but it improved. I was just rubbing the lotions on.

However, yesterday I went to WalMart and picked up 2 nail brushes (stiff brushes) and some cocoa butter (seems to work for some people). I will use one brush for in the shower instead of buff puff, and now One brush for applying the lotions. I have only started this new way, and I scrubbed on cocoa butter last night. I think the brush is better than a loofah or buff puff because it is a more powerful exfoliating device. THis morning it already seems much improved. I just need to figure how to do this and what I don't need....Maybe cocoa butter instead of am lactin, maybe use both, etc.....It's mostly about trial and error and what works for you. But DEFINITELY try the sulfur soap, i think it helped the most out of anything so far.

I understand what ur goign thru. Are u from Australia? I am. I suggest u give the sulfur soap a try. I plan too. At the moment i'm using Tea tree oil soap, but i havent been using it with a loofah or watever they r called, but i still have noticed a little difference. The bumps appear to be much smaller then usual.
I plan on giving the sulfur soap a try, just gotta find a place that sells it!
