I've been trying to stop the picking and get proactive about treatment this summer, and I'm doing much better. Anyway, I tried a lotion by Kiss My Face (get it at the health food store) called Peaches and Cream moisturizer. It has alpha hydroxy.
I use it on my arms at night. While the upper arms aren't showing a huge difference, my foreamrs are MUCH improved. Hey, if I can wear at least slightly shorter sleeves its a bonus!
