Natural help for dry skin with KP

My skin is very dry, especially in winter times and I have KP now nearly everywhere, on my arms, my legs etc. What I am using now for 3 months is Lipid Shower Oil for dry skin from EUCERIN and after the shower I dry my skin gently with a towel so that it is still a bit wet, then I apply wheat germ oil from the pharmacy. That helped my skin to become smooth and soft again and the red bumps are nearly invisible now.
I think it is worth a try for all people with KP who also suffer of dry skin.

I just want to add that Cedaphil bar soap (a soap substitute that prevents build-up on skin) works wonders on my extremely dry skin (flakes even in summer time)and KP.
