Ok..Put the Pernox on almost dry skin and rub in circles with your fingertips to exfoliate. Let it sit on your skin for about 2 minutes, then rinse, dry and moisturize with Carmol 20. Do that twice a day. At night follow it up with the benzoyl peroxide. Really easy & you should see results in a couple of weeks! Good luck! |
