Ethnic Background - does it make a difference with KP?

Just curious to know if most of the people on this board have a celtic background i.e. Scottish, Irish and whoever else qualifies as a celt. A dermatologist once told me that all the clients he had seen with Ulerythema Ophryogenes (a variant of KP that effects the eyebrows) came from a Celtic background. This was true for me as my Dad (who had KP) came from the Shetland Islands.

I'm American, Irish, German, Swedish and Cherokee Indian. (A MUTT, ha-ha) I don't know of anyone on my dad's side with KP, although he had acne real bad when he was young. On my mom's side, I know that my Grandmother and my mom have the red dots on their legs (not real noticable though). I have the worst case out of my 4 siblings. My oldest sister next (not as bad as mine), and my other 2 sisters hardly have it (backs of arms-not real bad), my brother doesn't have it at all as far as I know. My 1 sister though, unfortunately has acne. It gets real bad on her face when she's stressed, worried and upset. I feel bad when I complain about my KP when her face IS broken out, because let's face it, a dry skin bump is no match for a full blown pimple. :-( But she has sympathy for me too, when her face is not broken out, because my KP is really bad. I really am thankful not to have acne though, even though KP REALLY SUCKS!

I have Ulerythema Ophryogenes and have no Celtic background, as far as i know the definition of Celtic. Father is Polish, mother is Pennsylvania Dutch. Of course, I also have KP about everywhere else as well.
