I was reading this post from epinions.com and this person was prescribed elocon by her derm and she said after two weeks her bumps were gone. I think it's an anti-itching cream. I'm using it on one part of my arm and it seems to be working. Not sure though. Also, there's a new palmer's cocoa butter w/ vitamin E and alpha hydroxy now. I've been using it too but I'm not sure if that's working either. It's hard to see progress cause I look at my arms 24/7. Has anyone tried these things??

Elocon is actually a topical steroid cream. It's good for short term use, but shouldn't be used long term. It probably will alleviate some of the redness, but long term usage will cause your skin to become thinner and therefore could promote other skin problems down the line...
