Hey Mark!

Hey Mark, I think it's really cool that you are optomistic about your face...not thinking about it does make it better doesn't it! My face isn't very bad at all, but I have some tips for you that might help you out a little. Everynight, before I go to bed, I wash my forehead, nose, and chin with an acne face wash to keep the zits away, but I gently scrub my cheeks with a cloth and some glytone body wash...you can get this at www.dermstore.com. After that, I put some Lubriderm advanced therapy lotion on my cheeks and put some more two more times after that. This makes my skin feel smooth and takes some of the redness away. When I wake up in the morning to take my shower, I wash my cheeks with some goatsmilk soap because this is very gentle on your skin...and when I get out of the shower I put some more Lubriderm on my cheeks, and then an SPF 15 mostuirizer. My skin feels really soft for the rest of the day. I don't know about the redness...but you can find some tinted moisturizers out there that will make your skin more of one tone, but not look like you are wearing makeup. Also, drink A LOT of water and get lots of sleep...it will help make your skin gorgeous! I know what it feels like to feel insecure about my body, so I can relate to you. Good luck honey...I hope you do ok!
